Up go the rafters despite the inclement weather this February. It's amazing to stand down at the guest suite level and look up - it's a cathedral ceiling all right worthy of a great room that looks out onto the unobstructed view of the Catskill mountains! Now all the team needs is a stretch of decent weather to finish it up. Today is a nice day but windy and the rain comes in again
tomorrow and Wednesday. I'm sure they are all over there right now getting as much done as they can before it hits. Jim' continues to keep us informed and we're keeping our fingers crossed. Looking up the hill from the guest suite (on the left) the master bedroom is coming right along as well (on the right) - the walls and the framing have been started and we're already deciding where the furniture will go :-)
